Sr. Coordinator, DTC Ecommerce
Love Wellness is looking for a DTC operator to join a lean, high-ownership ecommerce team. This is a role for someone who has worked across the digital funnel, knows how the pieces connect, and gets energized by bringing ideas to life, not just planning them. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Ecommerce and across our internal teams, owning projects from brief to launch and helping us move faster and smarter as a team.

This is a hybrid role out of our Toronto, ON office. The salary range for this role is $70,000–$90,000 CAD, depending on experience.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- End-to-end ownership of digital projects, from coordinating briefs and timelines to launching and reporting on results.
- Deep cross-functional partnership with our brand, creative, and growth teams. This is where most of your energy will go, translating priorities across teams and keeping ecommerce initiatives moving in lockstep with the broader business.
- Translating creative concepts into compelling digital experiences. You understand how brand intent comes to life on a landing page, in an email, or across a paid unit, and you can bridge the conversation between creative vision and conversion reality.
- Being the connective tissue between teams: when retention is launching a new flow, growth is testing a new offer, and brand is refreshing a PDP, you're the person making sure it's all coherent and on schedule.
- Managing and QAing landing page updates in partnership with our agency, ensuring pages are accurate, on-brand, and conversion-ready.
- Supporting subscription and CRM workflows across Klaviyo, Attentive, and Recharge, helping maintain flows, flag performance issues, and coordinate updates with the right internal owners.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for agency partners when needed, giving clear direction and making sure feedback lands well.
- Navigating Shopify Plus with confidence, understanding how the platform works, where things live, and how to diagnose issues even when someone else is building.
- Pulling performance data and helping shape the weekly and monthly reporting cadence for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or DTC; you've worked across channels and understand how the funnel fits together.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus; you know the platform, its capabilities, and how to think through problems even when you're not the one in the code.
- Working knowledge of Recharge, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
- A strong eye for digital creative you can tell when something is off and articulate why, and you understand how creative decisions affect conversion
- Metrics are second nature to you — CAC, LTV, AOV, CVR, churn, ROAS are the numbers you live and breathe.
- A natural project manager. You hold timelines, communicate proactively, and close loops without being chased.
- You thrive with autonomy, ask questions, and find a way forward when the path isn't fully mapped.
- Bonus: experience at a subscription-first or wellness DTC brand.
