VP of Growth Marketing
Love Wellness is a women’s health and wellness brand in active repositioning - moving from mass-market accessibility toward credible health authority, with strong retail distribution and a growing DTC channel. We’re looking for a VP Growth Marketing to own full-funnel growth with a large focus on paid, and to help us build a program that acquires customers efficiently while building something durable.
What you’ll own
- Full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, influencer, CRM, and earned
- Paid media program across Meta, TikTok (including TikTok Shop), and Google - including directing our external agency and owning the strategic roadmap
- Influencer and creator strategy in paid - including measurement framework and coordination with organic influencer program
- Founder integration - working closely with Lo Bosworth (our founder) as a credible, authentic growth asset
- Cross-functional collaboration with brand creative, CRM, organic social, and retail teams
- Measurement and reporting of the marketing funnel performance to internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Leadership-level paid media experience (10+ years) - you’ve owned accounts, not just overseen them
- Full-funnel range - you understand how paid, organic, influencer, and CRM work together in the modern marketing ecosystem
- Strong agency management - you know how to direct an agency rather than receive from one
- Brand sensibility - you can hold performance pressure and brand integrity at the same time
- Comfort with a high-involvement founder - you lead with conviction but know how to collaborate
- You know how to use AI tools to move faster - creative testing, copy iteration, audience research, workflow automation.
- You've built out a function before and you know what "move fast" actually means when resources are tight.
- Bonus points if you've worked in health, wellness, beauty, or any category where the customer actually cares about the product.
